Learning Tree Preschool

The Learning Tree Preschool has been a quality program since 1985. Our goal is to give your child a loving and positive first school experience in a Christian environment, which he or she will enjoy. Children at Learning Tree are exposed to the readiness skills needed to begin school, but a mastery of these skills is not required.

Our focus is on socialization, using learning centers in small groups, getting along with others, following instructions, following the rules and listening. We follow VPK standards as set by the state of Florida.

We have a 2-year-old, 3-year-old, and VPK class.

One day a week all the children will enjoy a chapel program with Fr. Chris, the Rector of The Church of the Good Samaritan.

It is required by the Department of Children and Families for each child to have the following forms on file with the school. They may be obtained from your child’s physician.

1) A physical (form 3040, yellow) and

2) Shot record (form 680, blue)

To secure a place for your child, you must fill out the forms in the registration packet (available at Preschool office) and return them as soon as possible. If you wish to know more about our program or if you have any questions, please feel free to call me.

God Bless You,

Robin Matheson, Director
